The alternator can be connected to engine easily, and also the operation is quite simple. The generator are of drip-proof with rotary field type and with the adoption of harmonic excitation system, that allow easy operation and simple maintenance. The generator are of three-phase four-wire type, making use of star connection with neutral point. They can be coupled with a prime mover directly or through V-belt making right or reverse continuous rotation at the rated speed.

1. Check and control quality of raw material and spare parts while arrive our workshop. 2. Stamping of lamination. 3. Rotor die-casting. 4. Winding and inserting - both manual and semi-automatically. At this process, we carefully make winding of each stator and rotor, to ensure high efficiency of the alternator, to make sure the generator will not have over-heating, and the rotor and stator will have strong structure. High quality insulation papers are used to ensure good insulation and no touch between rotor and stator while running. 5. Magnetic pole polishing: At JUSTPOWER, we take a special process on the magnetic pole of our ST/STC alternators before installing -- we polish each piece of the magnetic pole by machine. The polishing will smooth the rotor surface, hence reduce the resistance during rotation. In this way, the alternator will have higher efficiency and more power. 6. Vacuum varnishing: at JUSTPOWER, we understand the importance of winding insulation. All wound components are impregnated with specially-designed materials by special process to make sure that the synchronous alternators can operate in dreadful condition. Also, we put damp-proof and anti-rust varnish on top of the rotor surface. 7. Rotor balancing. 8. Assembly: machining shaft, housing, end shields, etc; 9. Testing: each piece of JUSTPOWER ST/STC alternators are carefully test, checking the voltage under loading and without loading, checking the ampere output, checking the rotation noise, checking the temperature, as well as checking the fastening of different parts. In this way, we make sure every unit of JUSTPOWER synchronous alternators would leave our workshop with quality and reliability. 10. Painting: before painting, we will polish the cast iron body, as well as use special materials to smooth the surface, then do the painting. 11. Packing: all the alternators will be packed properly, with strong packing and elegant appearance.
